Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times Track children's progress and report to parents Collaborate with other educators to for development Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. Attend at least 10 hours of in-service training per year. Be familiar with state regulations Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche Maintain a clean and tidy classroom following all safety and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED- Preferred DCF 45 Hour Training
- Preferred (Must have after 1 year of working at Jets Daycare INC.) Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Preferred Must be able to pass a background check Jet's Daycare INC.
