In this role, you will support children's growth and development through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a joyful atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore and learn. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional comfort at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices for infants and toddlers Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques Ensure the environment is clean, organized, and safe by following health and safety protocols Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children with patience and compassion Ability to work well with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities, including those with disabilities Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children alike Reliable, energetic, and committed to creating a positive impact in children's lives Join us in making a difference by providing exceptional childcare that nurtures curiosity, fosters growth, and builds lasting foundations for young learners!
