We are a well-established Montessori school in Clearwater, FL with a strong, collaborative culture, many of our team members have been with us for 10+ years . We pride ourselves on creating a warm, respectful environment for both children and staff, and we're excited to welcome additional educators for our growing programs. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Montessori-trained teacher at the Preprimary (Toddler) level. Required Qualifications Montessori certification from AMS, AMI, or IMC (required for this role) Bachelor's degree or An Associate's degree in a childcare related field. Experience working with children Strong classroom leadership and communication skills All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
