Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This position requires creativity, patience, and a strong commitment to child welfare and development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth among preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Foster strong relationships with students to support their emotional and social development. Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Maintain an organized classroom that promotes learning through play and exploration. Requirements Proven experience in classroom management and child welfare practices. Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children. Background in tutoring or providing individualized support to students is preferred. Experience working with students in a private school or childcare setting is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for young learners. Relevant educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields are required.
