Job Description

```Duties``` As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Your duties will include:
  • Providing instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed
  • Utilizing effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment
  • Collaborating with other teachers and staff to support student success
  • Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
  • Providing individualized instruction or tutoring to students who need additional support
  • Incorporating technology and other resources into lessons to enhance student learning ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Experience working in a daycare or child welfare setting is a plus
  • Strong classroom management skills to create a positive and structured learning environment
  • Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
  • Knowledge of physical education principles and the ability to incorporate movement into lessons
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and manage classroom activities
