Preschool Lead Teacher

Lead & Assistant Preschool Teachers Ivybrook Academy of Estero is growing and seeking passionate Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers to join our team! Position Overview As a Preschool Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where young children can learn, grow, and develop foundational academic and social-emotional skills. You will collaborate closely with fellow educators and families to support each child's individual learning journey. What You'll Bring? A dedication to ensuring the safety, well-being, and respect of every child. CDA, Early Childhood Education degree, or significant preschool teaching experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Priority will be given to candidates who possess: A Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in: Early Childhood Education Special Education Elementary Education A related field Candidates actively pursuing a degree may also be considered. Available Positions Part-Time Morning Shift:

Approximately 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Afternoon Shift:

Approximately 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Expected hours:

20-25 hours per week Full-Time Approximately 40 hours per week Experience Previous experience in a public, private, charter, or licensed preschool setting is preferred.
