Job Description

Lead & Assistant Preschool Teachers Ivybrook Academy of Estero is growing and seeking passionate Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers to join our team! At Ivybrook Academy, we blend the best of Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired education to create a nurturing, engaging, and innovative learning environment. Our educators play a vital role in cultivating confident, compassionate, and curious learners while working within a supportive and professional school community. Position Overview As a Preschool Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where young children can learn, grow, and develop foundational academic and social-emotional skills. You will collaborate closely with fellow educators and families to support each child's individual learning journey. What You'll Bring? A genuine passion for young children and early childhood education. The ability to collaborate professionally with co-teachers, staff members, and families. A commitment to supporting Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired educational practices. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A dedication to ensuring the safety, well-being, and respect of every child. CDA, Early Childhood Education degree, or significant preschool teaching experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Priority will be given to candidates who possess: A Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in: Early Childhood Education Special Education Elementary Education A related field Candidates actively pursuing a degree may also be considered. Competitive hourly pay:

Available Positions Part-Time Morning Shift:
Approximately 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Afternoon Shift:
Approximately 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Expected hours:
20-25 hours per week Full-Time Approximately 40 hours per week Experience Previous experience in a public, private, charter, or licensed preschool setting is preferred.
