What You'll Be Doing Provide attentive, hands-on care to infants throughout the day Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and rest time Create a calm, engaging classroom that encourages exploration and development Plan and implement simple, age-appropriate activities Monitor and document developmental progress and milestones Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times Communicate with families about their child's day and development Work collaboratively with your team to support classroom success What We're Looking For Minimum CDA (Child Development Associate) required Completion of DCF 45-hour certification required Bilingual (preferred/required based on your need) Experience working with infants or young children in a licensed setting Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, sitting, active movement) A nurturing, patient, and dependable personality Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Our Team Competitive hourly pay ($14.50 - $17.00) Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunities for continued growth in early childhood education A meaningful role where you make a daily impact A Role That Matters This position plays a key part in shaping a child's earliest experiences.
