Job Summary We're looking for a Developmental Therapist to join our amazing team! If you have experience with toddlers, know a thing or two about child development, and have a love for teaching, but you're also ready to expand into the medical field and work with special needs babies and toddlers , this role is perfect for you. In this role, you'll help young children reach their developmental goals through an early intervention approach that's both play-based and fun. Key Responsibilities Early Intervention :

Provide developmental therapy to toddlers with special needs, helping them develop essential skills through play-based activities.

Flexibility :

Create your schedule, choose how far you want to travel, and work as many or as few hours as you'd like (minimum 15 hours per week ).

Team Collaboration :

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to provide the best care for the kids.

Client Communication :

Work with families to track progress, give guidance, and support their child's development at home.

Documentation :

Keep track of progress, document sessions, and ensure that each child is meeting their goals.
