Pay:
$17.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Up to $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $250 paid after 45 days of employment
  • $250 paid after 90 days of employment

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12-36 months, supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow
  • Responsible for the care, health and safety of toddlers ages 12 months to 36 months
  • Required to have knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities, lesson planning, and assessments
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddler children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
