In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, develop tailored curricula, and support the holistic development of young children. Your passion for early childhood education and expertise in special education will help create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere where every child can thrive. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Collaborate with families, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for children with special needs or disabilities. Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress through standardized testing, observations, and documentation to inform instruction. Maintain accurate records related to child development, attendance, safety protocols, and communication with parents or guardians. Requirements Proven experience in classroom management within preschool or early childhood education settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and literacy education. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, colleagues, and external specialists.
