Toddler Teacher

Inspiring Kids Academy is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, and understands the importance of nurturing children's social, emotional, and developmental growth during these important early years.

Qualifications:

DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training (required) Level 2 Background Screening Clearance Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with toddlers preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities using our curriculum Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain daily classroom schedules and routines Communicate effectively with parents and fellow team members Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations Build positive relationships with children and families
