In this role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate music activities that foster creativity, coordination, and social-emotional growth in younger children. Your passion for early childhood education and musical arts will help cultivate a positive learning environment where children can explore their musical talents and develop essential skills for their future. Responsibilities Implement a dynamic music curriculum tailored to early childhood developmental stages, incorporating singing, dancing, rhythm exercises, and musical storytelling. Lead interactive music classes that encourage participation, creativity, and confidence among young children. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning atmosphere. Incorporate various artistic activities such as theater, movement, and basic choreography to enhance children's expressive abilities. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share progress updates and suggest ways to reinforce musical learning at home. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized environment conducive to active learning. Qualifications Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching with a focus on music or arts. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored to young children. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Ability to foster a nurturing environment that promotes social-emotional growth through music and movement activities.
