Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with children, and a commitment to fostering developmental growth. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom activities, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and supportive setting. Duties Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning through play. Manage daily classroom activities. Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and social skills among students. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss developmental milestones, concerns, and progress updates. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with licensing standards. Ensure the safety and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and positive learning environment. Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrators. Experience working with children in preschool settings is preferred.
