Free CDA! Fulltime and Parttime offered! Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your dedication will help foster essential developmental skills, promote positive behavior, and support each child's unique journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while developing your skills in early childhood education. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development. Provide attentive toddler care and preschool instruction, ensuring each child's safety, well-being, and individual needs are met. Manage classroom activities effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Support children's early intervention needs by collaborating with specialists and integrating inclusive practices for children with special education requirements. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, progress reports, and standardized testing results to monitor developmental milestones. Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and welfare. Ensure a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity while adhering to childcare regulations. Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred; classroom experience is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as preschool or toddler care approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions among children.
