Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster developmental growth, emotional security, and joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early years while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, bathing, and comforting infants to ensure their well-being and safety Observe and document each child's developmental milestones, behaviors, and needs to tailor individual care plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, routines, and any concerns Support positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional regulation Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance early childhood development and foster a love of learning Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings with classroom management skills Certified in first aid and CPR to ensure quick response during emergencies Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities or additional needs Excellent caregiving skills including nurturing touch, patience, and attentive listening Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a warm and engaging environment Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for infants to promote positive interactions Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
