Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. Lead classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community to build strong relationships. Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children. Florida teaching certification or equivalent credentials preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative and adaptable approach to teaching. Background check and CPR/First Aid certification required.
