Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, stimulating classroom environment and implement age-appropriate curriculum to support children's development in all learning domains.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging daily lessons that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes exploration and independence. Observe, assess, and document children's progress in alignment with program standards and state guidelines. Communicate effectively with families to support each child's learning and well-being. Collaborate with team members and administrative staff to maintain high program quality. Follow all licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Preferred. Minimum of 2 year of experience in an early childhood or preschool setting preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development and positive behavior management. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to meet state background screening and health requirements. MUST have DCF 45hours completed
