In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Responsibilities Supervise and care for children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play, arts and crafts, storytelling, and educational exercises Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care as needed Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks for infants and toddlers Enforce classroom rules and behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred but is not required.
