Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Childcare Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence in children during their most formative years. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes learning through play, exploration, and structured activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children. Engage children in hands-on activities that promote cognitive skills, social interaction, motor development, and emotional well-being. Maintain detailed lesson plans. Manage classroom routines effectively to foster independence, respect, and cooperation among students. Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood education standards, standardized testing preparation (where applicable), and innovative teaching techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with classroom management expertise. Ability to develop engaging curricula that include literacy education, math instruction, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and specialists. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom behavior. Experience in classroom experience with toddlers or preschoolers is highly preferred. Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for children with additional needs is a plus. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
