Overview Join our vibrant educational community as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. Your expertise will help shape the foundational skills necessary for lifelong learning, ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth in line with early childhood education standards. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and promoting respectful interactions among children. Support children's developmental milestones through early intervention techniques and tailored activities for toddlers and preschoolers. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on child welfare and childcare best practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration while adhering to daycare regulations and safety protocols. Utilize assessment tools including standardized testing when appropriate to monitor progress and inform instructional strategies. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education accommodations. Proven experience in preschool settings with classroom management expertise and curriculum development skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and tutoring techniques suitable for young learners. Ability to implement Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches tailored to early childhood education. Experience working with children with diverse needs in private school or daycare environments is preferred.
