Summary Edu1st is seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher (Toddlers and Twos preferred experience) to join our dynamic team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This role is essential in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners, supporting their growth through the VESS educational model. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the VESS Model. Create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. Lead daily classroom activities and apply effective classroom management strategies. Support the individual developmental needs of toddlers and twos, including children with diverse learning needs. Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress and development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to strengthen instructional practices within the preschool. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working specifically with toddlers and two-year-old children is highly preferred. Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills. Ability to foster an inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Strong English communication skills required. Bilingual (English-Spanish) is highly preferred.
