Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or disabilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and following safety protocols such as first aid procedures Support childhood development milestones through nurturing guidance and educational play Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities Assist with feeding, diapering, potty training, and other daily routines as needed Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and classroom experience strategies Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and care settings Join us as a Childcare Provider to inspire young minds while building rewarding relationships!
