Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Assistant Director to join our vibrant early childhood education community. In this pivotal leadership role, you will support the overall management of the preschool, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young learners. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and senior leadership to uphold educational excellence, foster community relationships, and promote organizational growth. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help shape a positive atmosphere where children thrive and staff are empowered. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the preschool, including supervision of teaching staff and classroom activities Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and organizational policies Collaborate with educators on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and student engagement techniques Foster a positive team environment through effective management practices while providing mentorship to staff members Maintain ratios and make adjustments to staff schedules as necessary Assist director with paperwork. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood settings Strong background in curriculum development, teaching, and working directly with young children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects Excellent communication skills for parent engagement, and team collaboration Prior classroom experience in early childhood education is essential Management experience in an educational is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism Requirements Desire to teach and lead students to Jesus Must be willing to participate in Worship activities Must have current Director credential Join us to make a meaningful impact on young lives while advancing your leadership career in a supportive and energetic environment!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
