Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 1yr Old Teacher to join our Vibrant, Christian Early Childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their developmental milestones. Duties Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering and comforting infants to ensure their physical well-being and emotional security. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Engage in positive behavior management techniques to foster social skills and emotional regulation Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support cognitive, motor, and language development tailored to individual needs Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to infant care and early childhood education Complete DCF 45hr Training Pass a Level 2 Background Check Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Certification in first aid and CPR for infants and children Excellent caregiving abilities including nurturing, patience, and active listening skills Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including infant care routines and developmental activities Experience with classroom experience in daycare or nannying environments is highly valued Strong communication skills Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing compassionate care combined with engaging educational experiences.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
