Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities Integrate biblical values in a distinctly Christian atmosphere Foster a nurturing and respectful classroom environment Use effective classroom management techniques Communicate and collaborate with parents openly and often Collaborate with administration and co-workers to create a positive and uplifting work environment Qualifications HS Diploma Degree in Early Childhood, CDA or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in early learning setting (preferred) Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and regular attendance in a Christian church Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive teaching practices

Pay:

$15.25 - $16.00 per hour
