Summary "Jackson's Daycare Center" is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in Riviera Beach. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of young children, ensuring they receive the best start in their learning journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children. Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or challenges. Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning. .Qualifications 45 hour child care training certification(required). Proven experience working with preschool-aged children (required). Strong understanding of childhood development principles (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred). Familiarity with special education practices (preferred). Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning (preferred). Ability to create engaging learning environments (required). CPR/First Aid certification (required).
