Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, social skills, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following health and safety regulations Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Assist with classroom or daycare activities that foster childhood development and early education principles Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education practices and childhood development milestones Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong understanding of toddler care and infant care routines Ability to manage behavior effectively while demonstrating patience and empathy Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Join us in creating joyful learning experiences while supporting the growth of every child!
