Qualifications We're looking for a professional educator who is: Certified/credentialed with a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (or actively working toward one) preferred Completed the Florida DCF 45-hour training requirements . CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). A strong communicator with parents, children, and staff, demonstrating a team-first attitude.
