Lead Teacher (Flexible Hours, Opening & Closing Shifts)

Position Overview:
As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds, fostering development, and leading classroom activities. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to open or close the center between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Create! Develop engaging, interactive, and fun learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Care! Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of preschool children in your classroom. Lead! Take charge of classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate! Build genuine relationships with families to promote child achievement and contribute to the success of our center.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Must have a CDA credential or be in the process of obtaining it; staff credential or equivalent is preferred. RBT training is a must, and in-person CPR certification is required. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activities with children. Flexibility to work opening or closing shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
