Positions:
Toddler Teacher Hours :
8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate:
starting at $15.00 (commensurates with experience and education)
Responsibilities:
Create an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and growth. Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a welcoming, inclusive classroom community. Deliver lessons and activities aligned with our Life Essentials® curriculum that inspire learning beyond the classroom. Model integrity, responsibility, and compassion while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a professional educator who is: Certified/credentialed with a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (or actively working toward one) preferred Completed the Florida DCF 45-hour training requirements. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). A strong communicator with parents, children, and staff, demonstrating a team-first attitude. Energetic, optimistic, and committed to making a meaningful difference.
