Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will LEAD engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents, focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher, you'll also gain valuable experience in our back-end systems, administration, sales, and training. Responsibilities- Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants

- Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
- Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones Qualifications
- Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
- Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
