AWESOME FULL TIME

Twos Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Lakewood Ranch facility! At this location, we serve infants through VPK. Our floaters will get to know all of our children while they help cover classes for teachers who are working on their college classes or collaboratively completing lesson plans. Sometimes our floaters are just an extra set of hands in a classroom. Our perfect applicant will want to jump right in and play with our little foxes because at Baby Fox Academy ….. Having FUN is a MUST! Baby Fox Academy specializes in play-based learning, so our kiddos spend the day playing, having fun and just being a kid. We are looking for career-oriented staff that will enjoy teaching through play and developmentally appropriate activities.

• Create & implement lesson plans, with co-teacher, that align with the curriculum, educational goals and developmental milestones for two year old aged children.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Provide individualized attention and support to toddlers to meet their developmental and social needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share children's progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Monitor and assess children's progress to adjust teaching & classroom managment strategies as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
