Role:
As a Infant Teacher at The Learning Cottage, you'll be working with children from 3-12 months of age, creating engaging and age-appropriate experiences that support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social development.
What You'll Do:
Create a safe, loving, and positive classroom culture for all children. Implement a thoughtfully designed, developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Plan fun, hands-on lessons that support learning in math, literacy, science, art, and life skills. Use music, movement, storytelling, and play-based techniques to keep kids engaged and growing. Support children in building social-emotional skills like empathy, self-regulation, and confidence. Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families. Work closely with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency, creativity, and communication. Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety standards. Be flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed to support your students and your teammates!
What We're Looking For:
A passionate educator with previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred). A nurturing, patient, and energetic personality who truly loves working with kids. Strong classroom management and a playful, encouraging approach. Excellent communication skills for working with children, families, and peers. Ability to collaborate with a team and be open to learning and growth. A growth mindset—you're always looking for ways to improve and evolve.
Schedule & Classroom Info:
Full-Time Position Monday
  • Friday | Shifts may vary depending on classroom assignment Classrooms have low ratios to ensure individualized care and connection.
