Job Description
Baby Fox Academy is looking for an AWESOME one-year old classroom teacher for our Lakewood Ranch facility! Our perfect applicant will want to jump right in and play with our little foxes because at Baby Fox Academy ….. Having FUN is a MUST! Baby Fox Academy specializes in play-based learning, so our kiddos spend the day playing, having fun and just being a kid. We are looking for career-oriented staff that will enjoy teaching through play and developmentally appropriate activities.

( REQUIRED ) Responsibilities- Must be able to fully implement classroom lesson plans. Lesson plans are completed by classroom teachers (lesson plan training provided).
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs.
- Communicate effectively with staff and the administrative team to share student progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education, including a state annual conference out of town.
