Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
  • Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through effective communication
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records of their development
  • Promote good behavior management techniques and encourage positive social interactions
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning in various areas, including math, language, and social skills
  • Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
