We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for a full-time teacher position. While experience is a plus, it's not required—you can earn your training and DCF hours while you work. All candidates must pass a background check.

Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of VPK children. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized attention and support to each child, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education. Monitor and assess children's development, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
