HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
Is responsible for the administrative support and day to day operations of the TMH Child Care Centers. Assists in administrative functions required to maintain day to day operations of the department. Shall be available to advise and assist. Possesses knowledge of early childhood development and clerical and administrative skills to perform Center operations. Assists in supervising staff and working with patrons of the Center.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Required Experience:
Three (3) years classroom and supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
Directly related supervisory experience as Director or Assistant Director. Other training or special skills include strong communication, human relations, and organizational skills. Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
45 hours FL Department of Children and Families (DCF) training including passing the competency examination, Child Development Associate (CDA) and Director's Credential issued by DCF. : Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
