Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-Time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions Lead Toddler Teachers:
working with children 1 to 3 years old and the shift will be 7:15am to 3:45pm on Tuesdays and 7:15am to 3:15pm,
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Associate Toddler Teachers:
working with children 1 to 3 years old and the shift could be 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through
Friday Salary Lead Teachers:
$44K to $60K/year pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
Associate Teachers:
$16.00 to $18.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) w/

Child-Enrollment Discount Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Qualifications•Lead Teachers
REQUIRED
Education:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
PREFERRED
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
REQUIRED
Experience:
3 years of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Qualifications•Associate Teacher
REQUIRED
Education:
High School Diploma
PREFERRED
Experience:
1 year of experience working with children in any capacity Qualifications•All Positions Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations•for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility Must be at least 18-years-old Don't meet every qualification?
