We are currently seeking caring and dependable Daycare Staff Members to join our team.

Position Summary:

As a member of our daycare staff, you will help create a welcoming, Christ-centered atmosphere where children can grow, learn, and thrive. You'll assist in daily care routines, educational activities, and spiritual enrichment, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. •This position is Monday-Friday. We currently have full time and part time available. Positions range from Toddlers to 4 years old.•

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the supervision and care of children in the class. Assist with the supervision and care of children ages 4 weeks to 12 years old when needed. Assist in implementing daily activities and lessons Help guide children in play, learning, and age-appropriate faith-based practices Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play environment Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Willing to change diapers, training pants, and help potty train when necessary.

Qualifications:

16 years of age and older Experience working with children in a daycare or church setting preferred A heart for children and a commitment to Christian values Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Must pass background checks in accordance with state childcare regulations
