Assistant Preschool Director We are looking for a caring and experienced Assistant Preschool Director who loves working with young children and is excited to help create a safe, fun, and learning-focused environment. This role works closely with the Director to support daily operations, guide teachers, and make sure our school runs smoothly with children's safety and growth as the top priority.

What You'll Do:

Help with the day-to-day running of the preschool to keep everything safe, organized, and running smoothly Support and work alongside teachers to make sure curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate Help ensure we're meeting all licensing, health, and safety requirements Communicate with staff and families in a friendly, professional way Support tracking children's progress and helping meet individual learning needs Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized school environment Step in for the Director when needed

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting Good understanding of child development and classroom routines Strong communication and organization skills A team player who is calm, dependable, flexible and supportive The right person for this role is someone who enjoys helping others, leads by example, and is committed to making sure children are safe, happy, and learning every day.
