We are seeking a dedicated and experienced three and four year old Preschool Teacher to join our private school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our diverse student body.
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students with special needs, working closely with our early intervention team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a comprehensive literacy education program.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Provide physical education and outdoor activities that promote active play and healthy lifestyles.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's development and progress.
Skills:
  • Experience in early childhood education and a strong understanding of curriculum development.
  • Knowledge of literacy education and the ability to design engaging literacy programs.
  • Ability to create and implement individualized lesson plans for students with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in private school settings and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
  • Certification in early childhood education or a related field.
