Duties Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques and cater to diverse learning styles Foster a positive environment by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting social-emotional development Supervise children and students during activities, ensuring safety through first aid readiness and adherence to health protocols Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods and providing personalized assistance Organize and lead activities such as arts, theater, sports coaching, or tutoring sessions to enhance childhood development Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, or caregivers about progress and behavioral updates Implement child safety procedures, including first aid responses and emergency protocols when necessary Experience Prior experience working with children in classroom management, daycare, or camp settings is highly desirable Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Experience in special education or working with students with diverse needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and create an inclusive learning environment Certification in first aid and CPR preferred; ongoing training in child safety is encouraged Background in childcare, babysitting, tutoring, or youth programs will strengthen your application Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children are essential Join us to inspire young minds while developing your career in education!
