Lead 1's Teacher 304 6th Street SE, Winter Haven, FL 33880 $14.25 - $15.00 an hour - Full-time $14.25 - $15.00 an hour - Full-time 1-Year-Old Classroom Teacher Here We Grow Early Learning Academy Here We Grow Early Learning Academy is seeking a loving, nurturing, and dependable Teacher for our 1-year-old classroom . This is not a babysitting position . We are looking for an educator who understands early childhood development and is passionate about teaching, structure, and creating meaningful experiences for young learners.
Who We're Looking For:
A teacher who: Loves working with toddlers and understands their developmental needs Can follow and/or implement pre-made lesson plans Is patient, calm, and consistent Believes in teaching independence and self-help skills (feeding, transitions, routines) Is dependable, punctual, and professional Communicates clearly and positively with families
Responsibilities Include:
Implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons Supporting children with routines, transitions, and social-emotional development Teaching independence in a safe and nurturing way Maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging classroom Sending a minimum of 3 photos per day to parents through our app Communicating with parents daily about their child's day Following all licensing, safety, and center policies

Requirements:
Experience working with toddlers (1-year-olds preferred) Ability to work well in a team setting Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) DCF training preferred (or willingness to complete)
