Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Monitor children's progress and development Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day Are You Qualified? Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field strongly preferred T4 Certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, children, and team members Demonstrates patience, collaboration, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, child-centered environment while supporting a positive school culture About Endeavor Schools Parker Chase is part of the Endeavor Schools family.
