Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher in our newly added toddler classroom. In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop lesson plans, and foster a safe space where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans Lead daily classroom activities focused on social-emotional development, behavior management, and childhood development milestones. Foster positive relationships with children and families through clear communication skills, regular updates on progress, and collaborative engagement. Monitor classroom safety protocols, manage behavior effectively, and maintain a nurturing environment aligned with Bright from the Start/Quality Rated standards Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings or daycare environments. Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote a positive learning environment for toddlers. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and staff Certification in early childhood education or child development is preferred; additional training hours

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
