Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to support our classroom environment and assist in the educational development of our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere. This role involves collaborating with teachers to implement lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized support to students. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one assistance as needed. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, respectful environment. Facilitate small group activities that promote literacy education and early learning skills. Prepare classroom materials and set up learning stations for various activities. Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the lead teacher. Engage with students during playtime, encouraging social interaction and developmental skills. Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and conducive to learning. Qualifications Experience or education in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Knowledge of literacy education techniques and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents. Ability to manage behavior in a constructive manner while promoting a positive classroom culture. Experience in toddler care or preschool settings is advantageous. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports diverse learners.
