Duties Supervise and care for children in a licensed daycare setting, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and social skills Support infants with feeding, diapering, and comforting needs while maintaining hygiene standards Manage classroom routines, including nap times, meal times, and play periods to foster a structured environment Use behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain cleanliness of the daycare space, including toys, furniture, and learning materials to ensure a healthy environment Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones Strong classroom management skills to organize activities and maintain discipline positively Ability to provide infant care including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques Familiarity with special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, team members, and children Experience with behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in children Ability to handle caregiving tasks such as babysitting or nannying as needed for different age groups Join us as a Daycare Provider to inspire young minds and support families in nurturing the next generation!
