Duties:

• Provide a safe and fun nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Requirements:

• Experience in childcare (MUST), such as babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare or preschool setting
• Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
• First aid and CPR certification preferred/CDA certification or working towards receiving one.
• Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members If you are passionate about working with children and providing them with a nurturing environment to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.
