Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early literacy, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development tailored specifically for infants Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring each child's safety, comfort, and individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and a respectful learning environment Collaborate with families to communicate progress, developmental milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs Incorporate Montessori methods and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences Conduct regular assessments aligned with standardized testing where appropriate to monitor developmental progress Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that include physical education, sensory activities, and early childhood education best practices Requirements Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, especially with infants or toddlers Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tools Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members Background in special education or experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable Certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred; Montessori certification is a plus Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment in compliance with childcare standards Join us in shaping the earliest years of children's lives!
