Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will develop and implement engaging curriculum that fosters the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of each child. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to child welfare. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the educational needs of children. Provide individualized tutoring and support to enhance children's learning experiences. Conduct early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students. Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observational methods. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support each child's development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with families. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Strong knowledge of child welfare practices and early childhood development principles. Skills in curriculum development, tutoring, and implementing early intervention strategies. Familiarity with physical education concepts and standardized testing procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
